1. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to commence work on any project. This deposit is necessary to secure your project and cover initial design costs.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery of the final project files. We will provide you with an invoice detailing the final amount owed.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, American Express, Master Card.

2. Revision Policy

  • We strive for client satisfaction and offer a reasonable number of revisions based on the package you've selected. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur extra charges.

  • Major revisions that significantly alter the scope of the project may require renegotiation of the project cost and timeline.

3. Project Timeline

  • We work diligently to meet agreed-upon project deadlines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or the need for additional revisions.

  • Clear communication is key to ensuring timely project completion. We will keep you informed of any changes to the timeline and appreciate your prompt responses to queries and feedback.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Upon receipt of full payment, you will receive full ownership and rights to use the final design for its intended purpose. Any preliminary or unused concepts remain the property of Angotti Design.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise specified by the client.

5. Confidentiality

  • We respect the confidentiality of your projects and will not disclose any sensitive information without your consent.

  • If you require a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before discussing your project details, please inform us, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel a project after work has commenced, you may be responsible for payment of services rendered up to that point, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

  • In the event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a prorated refund for any services not yet rendered.

7. Communication

  • Effective communication is essential throughout the design process. We are available via email, phone, or video conferencing during our regular business hours 9:00am - 5:00PM EST.

  • We aim to respond to all inquiries and messages within 24-48 hours.

8. Disclaimer

  • While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our work, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

  • We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use our services or the final deliverables.

9. Changes to Policies

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for any changes.
